Boil milk and add MTR Roasted Vermicelli and cook well.
Add MTR Badam Drink Mix and cook well.
Serve hot or cold. Garnish with badam flakes.
MTR Badam Rasmalai
Ingredients
Milk -1.5 l
Vinegar or Lemon Juice -20 g
MTR Badam Drink Mix -20 g
Water -800 ml
Sugar -400 g
Method of Preparation
Boil 1 l milk, when it starts boiling start adding the lemon juice or vinegar.
Use a muslin cloth and strain the whey water. Pour a glass of cold water over the chena. Squeeze the muslin cloth and remove the excess water. Knead the dough well. Make small balls and keep aside.
Make sugar syrup in a pressure cooker. Flatten the balls and add to the boiling syrup. Close the cooker and cook for 2 whistles.
Boil 500 ml milk and add MTR Badam Drink Mix and cook well until semi-thick consistency.
Gently release the whistle and squeeze the sugar syrup from the rasagullas and add it to the reduced milk.
Serve chilled.
MTR Badam Kulfi
Ingredients
MTR Badam Drink Mix -180 g
Milk -350 ml
Cashewnut -50 g
Method of Preparation
Make cashew nut paste with 50ml milk.
Boil remaining milk with paste and MTR Badam Drink Mix.
Reduce until thick consistency, cool and pour into kulfi moulds and freeze it.
Serve once set.
MTR Badam Cake
Ingredients
MTR Badam Drink Mix -150 g
Refined Flour -200 g
Curd -180 ml
Oil -40 ml
Milk -60 ml
Baking Powder -3 g
Baking Soda -2 g
Vanilla Essence -2 drops
Badam Flakes -5 g (for garnish)
Method of Preparation
Mix curd, MTR Badam Drink Mix, and oil together. Whisk well. Sieve refined flour and add gradually to the curd mix and mix well.
Add milk and mix without any lumps.
Add baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla essence. Mix well.
Grease cake tray. Dust with flour evenly or line a parchment paper. Transfer the batter to the cake tray and garnish with badam flakes. Add salt to a pressure cooker and spread it evenly. Cover the salt with a plate. Preheat the cooker for 5 minutes without weight whistle.
Place the cake tray inside the preheated pressure cooker and cover with a lid. Cook the cake for 40-50 minutes on a slow flame.
When the cake is completely baked, a tester inserted comes out clean. Cool completely before slicing.
MTR Almond Fruit Cusrard

Corn Flour -10 g
Mixed Fruit -100 g
Method of Preparation
Boil milk with MTR Badam Drink Mix and corn flour.
Cook until thick consistency.
Make fruit salad mixing cut fruit with sugar syrup.
Place the fruit salad as a base in a bowl and top it up with custard sauce.
Keep it in a refrigerator to set.

Heat milk and khoya in a pan.
Add MTR Badam Drink Mix and cook well.

Refined Flour -120 g
MTR Badam Drink Mix -70 g
Butter -70 g
Baking Powder -2.5 g
Milk -20 ml
Method of Preparation
Whisk MTR Badam Drink Mix with soft butter.
Add MTR Gulab Jamun Mix and mix well.
Add baking powder and milk. Mix well and keep it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Take out the dough, spread out even sheets and cut into desired shapes and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.
MTR Badam Nuts Energy Bar
Ingredients
MTR Badam Drink Mix -60 g
Cashew Nut -35 g
Raisin -25 g
White Sesame Seed -5 g
Black Sesame Seed -5 g
Puffed Rice -30 g
Butter -25 g
Water -15 ml
Method of Preparation
Roast puffed rice and make a coarse powder. Keep aside.
Roast white sesame and black sesame seed until crackle.
Chop cashew nuts and roast until light brown, chop raisin.
Boil water in a pan; add Badam Drink Mix and butter.
Add roasted ingredients and puffed rice powder, mix well.
Apply ghee in a tray and transfer the mixture on the tray.
Press it tightly and make it flat and even. Keep it in a refrigerator for 3 hours.
Take out and cut into desired pieces.
